Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road
Strategic overview
A green retreat set apart from the pace of the city, and still close to its roads.
Sequoia Cascada is a resort-style living retreat planned on 169 acres, positioned away from the city yet accessible by the road network. The design uses the natural terrain so that every residential unit has a view, establishing the scheme as a distinctive investment destination.
Wardany’s strategic role
Through Consortium, Ahmed El-Wardany led the development management process and designed the project’s financial framework, balancing large-scale cash-flow requirements against execution efficiency. He ensured disciplined contractor coordination and strict cost control throughout.
Strategic impact. A complex mixed-villa master plan that doubled development density, from 7% to 15%, while preserving openness, views and regulatory compliance — a fully approved, high-value resort community.
What it includes
- Villa types M, S and TS
