Serviced hotel rooms and tourism suites
Anchor alliances secured
Strategic overview
Heritage elegance and contemporary luxury, with the Nile in view.
Sequoia Luxor is a landmark hospitality development in the heart of historic Luxor, comprising 320 serviced hotel rooms and tourism suites. The architectural concept emphasises natural materials and clean lines inspired by Arabian minimalism, integrated with modern amenities and panoramic views of the Nile.
Wardany’s strategic role
Through Consortium, Ahmed El-Wardany acted as strategic mediator and alliance architect, structuring the partnerships that strengthened the project’s positioning and operational readiness — securing Azal Hospitality for hotel operations and Vodafone Egypt for smart infrastructure and advanced technology.
Strategic impact. Two anchor alliances in place before launch: a recognised hospitality operator and a national technology partner.
What it includes
- Hotel apartments — Nile-view living for short and long stays
- Standard residences in the historic heart of Luxor
